A friend proposed performing the Harry Nilsson 1970 concept album The Point for a 1995 event and that I would provide illustrations and narration. I did this illustration of the protagonist Oblio and his dog Arrow for concept. Creating a dog design that was simultaneously pointed and non-threatening made for a fun challenge.
